First, and foremost, I purchased these tickets to go to Bulleit and Buffalo Trace. I added Four Roses as well. On the day of, I realized they had opted to go to Woodford instead of Bulleit, without notice of the change. It was in the itinerary they sent a couple of days before, but I didn't notice until the day of the tour. I was very disappointed to miss Bulleit (because that was the one I was looking forward to the most and my favorite rye), but Woodford was a pleasant surprise.

Second, you would think that booking this, the times would be lined up so that you would not have to wait long to start the tour. At the last place (that had no tour fee), we had to wait almost an hour because we were treated like any other Joe off the street coming to do a tour.

The lunch time that is allotted makes it seem like there will be restaurants or something of the sort to choose from, though not included. There was a small snack bar with premade sandwiches that we had to choose from at 10:30 in the morning.

The main reason we purchased this was so we did not have to worry about having a designated driver while tasting bourbon. If you have your own vehicle, I recommend driving yourself. The distilleries are smart and give small tastings that equate to one shot total after an hour long tour. We left sober after every distillery.

The driver was extremely friendly and welcoming. He was the highlight to booking with this company. We did have a good time, but overall not worth the money.

Our bourbon tours were versified, informative and fun (Woodford, Buffalo Trace, Bulleit). Our tour guide was on time, her car was clean and she was very sweet but she couldn’t speak English well which was an issue. There was a place to specify language on the tour form, I’m not sure why they asked. She frequently struggled to come up with the appropriate English word, Louisville was pronounced with an ‘s’ and she was unable to even come close to pronouncing one of the distilleries we were going to tour. The lack of language expertise meant that there was little to any information imparted on the area we toured, she was a driver, not a guide. We were taken to the wrong place and then were driven, in a very aggressive manner, to the correct distillery so we wouldn’t be late.
I did try to call the number that was provided and after going through multiple menus I was connected with someone in the Philippians who also spoke broken English with poor diction and grammar. I asked to be connected with someone from the United States and was told that there was no ability to make that happen.
This was not an inexpensive tour but would have been worth the investment if we had had a proper tour guide. Trip Advisor, I have lost a lot faith in your company and using your products in the future will take a lot of consideration.

We went on the tour with Marjorie visiting Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, and Bulleit. Marjorie picked us up on time at our hotel and was very friendly and engaging. She had us watch a very good documentary called Neat on the ride out to the first distillery, which was very informative for those not familiar with the whiskey making process. Once at Buffalo Trace, Marjorie happened to see that they had just put out some special bottles of Blanton's and was quick to snag one for us. We were very grateful she did as they completely sold out a few minutes later. We then went on a tour with an amazing guide at Buffalo Trace. After the tasting we stopped at a fast food place before continuing on to Four Roses. We got lucky to be the only two people on this tour which gave us a chance to ask a lot of questions. Finally, we headed back toward Louisville for our final stop at the Stitzel-Weller Distillery before being dropped at our hotel. It was a great tour overall. I would maybe suggest doing only two visits instead of three so that you can take your time and maybe have a longer sit down lunch. I would highly recommend this tour as it was also one of the best deals that we found for an all day excursion.
